The Ukrainian military in Sumy region, meanwhile, is conducting offensive operations, clearing the outskirts of populated areas. According to him, the Russian troops do not show signs of defense. Sazonov warns that any discussions about a possible ceasefire from Russia may only be a distraction from preparations for an offensive. He urged not to believe in a possible ceasefire, as there is no confirmation of this. He emphasized that Russia's actions in the Dobropillia and Pokrovske directions show that Russia's actions may be unpredictable.
