Over 900 Russian Strikes Hit Zaporizhzhia in 24 Hours: Drones, Aircraft, and Injuries Reported.
Relentless Assault on the Zaporizhzhia Region
According to Novyny.live: Russian forces launched an intensive wave of attacks across the Zaporizhzhia region, deploying drones, airstrikes, and artillery that left multiple people wounded and caused widespread destruction. According to official reports, a total of 624 unmanned aerial vehicles—mostly FPV drones—were used in the assault. In addition, the region endured 21 airstrikes and 6 salvos from multiple rocket launchers. Artillery fire accounted for 290 separate strikes across various parts of Zaporizhzhia.
Four individuals sustained injuries in the city of Zaporizhzhia and the surrounding Zaporizhzhia district as a result of these attacks. The strikes targeted 41 different settlements, including:

- Zirnytsia
- Novoukrainka
- Krynychne
- Novoselivka
- Hirke
- Huliaipilske
- Chervonyi Yar
- Kopani

Additional shelling was reported in Zaporizhzhia city, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Charivne, and Hirke.
Humanitarian Toll of the Bombardment
Authorities received 47 reports of damage to residential buildings, non-residential structures, infrastructure facilities, and vehicles. The attacks on critical infrastructure left several thousand people without electricity. This escalation of violence continues to severely impact local residents and their living conditions.
These intense strikes on the Zaporizhzhia region signal a surge in military activity, potentially reflecting a shift in Russian tactics. Targeting civilian infrastructure and populated areas underscores the grave humanitarian consequences faced by the local population.
