Deadly Attacks in Zaporizhzhia
According to UATV: On February 6, Russian shelling in Zaporizhzhia and the surrounding region killed two people and wounded five others. According to the regional military administration, a 49-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman died during an attack on the town of Vovchansk.
Scale of the Assault
The attacks, which numbered 517 strikes across 32 settlements, were carried out using warplanes, drones, multiple launch rocket systems, and artillery. Among the wounded is a 14-year-old boy. The bombardment also left 12,000 subscribers without electricity. The Zaporizhzhia region has been a focal point of intense fighting since the early stages of the full-scale invasion.
These brutal actions by the occupying forces have caused deep concern among local residents and underscore the tragic human cost of the ongoing conflict.
