According to TSN.ua: On the eve of diplomatic talks in Geneva, Russia launched a massive assault against Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized the critical need to hold the aggressor accountable for its actions. The Ukrainian delegation is set to arrive in Geneva on February 16, with the negotiations themselves scheduled for November 17 and 18.
Leading the Ukrainian delegation is Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Rustem Umerov. He stated:
“Tomorrow we begin another round of talks in a trilateral format. We anticipate constructive work and substantive meetings on security and humanitarian issues.” – Rustem Umerov
