The Russian military attacked civilian transport in Kherson

According to inkorr.com: According to the head of the Kherson Regional Military-Civil Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, since the evening of August 25, Russian troops have begun attacks on civilian transport on the M-14 highway Kherson – Mykolaiv.

Prokudin advises to refrain from using this route and to avoid it if possible due to attacks by Russian military forces. Possible traffic restrictions are in place due to drones.

The head of the regional administration urges people to seek alternative routes and carefully plan trips. It has been stated that all necessary measures are being taken to stabilize the situation along with the military.

Unfortunately, the resolution of the issue regarding the installation of anti-drone nets to protect civilian objects in the conflict zone is being delayed due to high costs and legal difficulties. The authorities do not specify responsibility for this process.

Anti-drone nets for protection against Russian attacks

Special anti-drone nets are being procured through the support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under a relevant program that guarantees the quality of materials. Various types of durable nets and other materials are used to protect settlements.

The recent attacks by Russian occupiers on a route bus in the suburbs of Kherson further confirm their brutality and aggressiveness against the peaceful population.

The leadership of the Kherson Regional Administration confirmed the attack of Russian troops on civilian transport in the region and is implementing measures to stabilize the situation. The procurement of anti-drone nets is one of the measures to protect settlements from possible attacks.
