Strikes Across Dnipropetrovsk Oblast
According to Novyny.live: On March 17, Russian forces launched attacks on three districts within the Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in two civilian injuries and significant structural damage. The strikes targeted areas in Nikopol, Synelnykove, and the Bohdanivka community. In Bohdanivka, a 30-year-old woman was wounded, two private homes were completely destroyed, and three additional buildings sustained damage.
According to Oleksandr Handzha, the Nikopol district saw shelling directed at the city of Nikopol itself, as well as the Marhanets and Chervonohryhorivka communities. An agricultural enterprise was damaged during these attacks. Another private residence was hit, leaving a 63-year-old woman injured.
Attacks in Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro
Further strikes occurred in Zaporizhzhia, where an area near a logistics terminal was hit. Additionally, on March 15, three residential buildings in Dnipro were damaged by shelling. These incidents highlight the ongoing military hostilities and their devastating impact on civilians in Ukraine.
This wave of shelling underscores the escalating conflict in eastern Ukraine, where civilian areas are once again coming under fire. As the war continues, attacks on residential neighborhoods and infrastructure pose severe risks to the safety of ordinary people. International responses and continued support for Ukraine remain critical in countering this aggression.
