Russians damaged energy facilities in Odesa and Ternopil: what are the consequences.
On March 7, there was yet another attack on energy infrastructure in Odesa region. This is already the sixth such incident in the last 2.5 weeks. Energy workers are working on repairing the equipment.
Two rockets also hit the gas transportation network in Ternopil region. There is a danger of reduced gas pressure in the network in many localities of the region. Work is underway to extinguish the fire and restore the network.
Possible restrictions on hot water supply and centralized heating if the pressure in the gas transportation network does not recover.
There have also been attacks on energy and gas infrastructure in various regions of Ukraine. Work is currently underway to eliminate the aftermath and stabilize energy supply.
Additionally, Odesa region was attacked by drones, resulting in damage to private homes and energy infrastructure. The nighttime attack in Ternopil also led to restrictions on gas supply. The production facilities of 'Naftogaz Group' were also damaged.
