Attacks on Port Infrastructure in Odesa Region
According to TSN.ua: In 2023, Russian forces launched an attack on port infrastructure in the Odesa region, causing damage to a food warehouse located within the port area. Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, confirmed that firefighters successfully extinguished a blaze sparked by the enemy strike. According to him, emergency crews responded swiftly to the fire, and fortunately, there were no fatalities or injuries reported.
Mykolaiv Under Drone Attack and Rising Threat of Further Strikes
Around the same time, occupying forces targeted Mykolaiv with drones, damaging a transportation infrastructure facility. Oleh Zhdanov noted that intelligence reports indicate increased activity by Russian strategic aviation, suggesting preparations for additional attacks may be underway.
