Russians seized about 1200 real estate objects from 'disloyal persons' in Crimea.
In 2024, the Russians 'nationalized' over 1200 real estate objects in temporarily annexed Crimea. These were property assets of Ukrainian businessmen or people who did not have friendly relations with Russia.
Most of these assets were transferred to Russian ownership or sold to new owners. The main objects were resort complexes and commercial real estate.
Yevgeny Balitsky, the gauleiter of Zaporizhzhia's gauleiter, reported that more than a thousand recreational bases on the shores of the Azov Sea supposedly have no owners and the Russians plan to take this real estate in favor of Russia.
The Center for National Resistance recalls that in February last year, deputies of Crimea's pseudo-parliament supported the 'nationalization' of property of foreign citizens and states that show hostility towards the Kremlin.
Russia allows Ramzan Kadyrov, who supports the Kremlin, to plunder the Illich Mariupol Metallurgical Plant, which was previously owned by Rinat Akhmetov.
The plant fell under the control of people associated with Ramzan Kadyrov. Among them were Ruslan Geremeyev and Vakhit Geremeyev, who is the deputy head of the Chechen Ministry of Construction and a relative of Senator Suleiman Geremeyev, a Kadyrov associate. Half of the shares of LLC 'Illich Mariupol Metallurgical Plant', which now controls the plant, were received by his son Valid.
The Mariupol City Council published a video of the destruction of the 'Azovstal' metallurgical plant caused by Russian shelling and bombings.
The occupying authorities also closed a large cemetery in Old Crimea of the Mariupol urban community due to a lack of space.
Russians are taking monuments from the 'Stone Graves' reserve.
The occupiers published a video showing the Rosguard handing over archaeological monuments of the XI-XII centuries to the so-called 'Mariupol Local History Museum'.
