Attacks on Medical Workers and Infrastructure
According to UATV: On June 4, 2023, a Russian drone targeted an ambulance in Kherson, dropping explosives that caused severe damage to the vehicle. The attack left both a medic and the driver wounded. This incident has sparked outrage, as strikes on medical personnel are seen as yet another war crime committed by Russia.

Separately, in the Beryslav district, Russian forces attacked road workers. The assault destroyed specialized equipment, a fuel truck, and a bus. Fortunately, no road workers were injured. Emergency crews quickly extinguished the fires that broke out following the shelling.
Continued Aggressive Actions
On the same day, the Russian military also launched an Iskander-M ballistic missile from the Voronezh region and conducted 293 drone strikes against Ukraine. These events highlight the ongoing escalation of violence, as Russian forces continue to endanger civilians and medical professionals.
These attacks underscore the intensifying conflict in Ukraine, where civilian infrastructure and healthcare workers are increasingly becoming targets. Such actions not only violate international humanitarian law but also raise serious concerns about the safety of the population during wartime. The situation remains tense, and further Russian military operations could lead to even greater civilian casualties.
