A serious fire occurred in Rostov-on-Don, local Telegram channels report. The area of the fire is 1,800 m², and part of the roof has already collapsed.
The city is engulfed in black clouds of smoke.
More than 40 rescuers are working on site.
Recently, there was a drone attack on the Saratov oil refinery in Russia. The governor of Saratov region confirmed the damage but refused to provide any additional information. Similar incidents also occurred in the village of Krym in Rostov region and in Leningrad region. Even the largest oil refinery in southern Russia halted half of its production due to the fire.
