The military does not yet feel positive changes at the front after the strengthening of mobilization. There has been no large-scale replenishment of personnel. This was reported in the podcast "Klyati Pytannya" by the commander of the reconnaissance platoon of the 28th separate mechanized brigade with the call sign Krym.

They give crumbs. A group of five, ten, fifteen people per battalion. The battalion commander sits, grabs his head, where to put these people. Because both there and there are needed. And a mortar man is needed, and pilots, and infantry. And here you gave 2-3 people everywhere - it's like a drop in the ocean. It doesn't feel

According to the scout, the brigade with which the 28th OMBR holds the line of defense is in about the same situation.

There are brigades in the training centers that are prioritized. They are replenished first. We are probably among those who are completed on a residual basis

At the same Time, Krym assumes that some of the people mobilized during the summer campaign may still be in training centers.

Mobilization reform

Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada passed in the second reading the law No. 11379-d on military service during mobilization by persons under the age of 25.

Let us recall, Ukraine intends to mobilize another 200 thousand recruits by the end of 2024, but the implementation of these plans looks doubtful, as reported by The Times. According to the information, fulfilling this plan may be difficult due to various factors, including the decrease in the number of men of draft age and the growing resistance to mobilization among the population.

By the way, the mobilization of students in Ukraine in 2024 is carried out in accordance with the law No. 10449. Most students who are receiving their first higher education are entitled to a deferment from conscription. However, there are some exceptions when a student can receive a summons.

As reported, the Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Roman Kostenko stated that the mobilization age in Ukraine should be from 20 years.
