The site Madbid.com, previously managed by an individual entrepreneur Vitalii Belenets, has changed owners. According to an official publication on the Madbid portal, the rights to the resource have been transferred to the Ukrainian company ‘Zortex’.
As part of the deal, ‘Zortex’ gained full control over the domain name, website structure, its content, and associated digital assets. The financial details of the agreement have not been disclosed by the parties.
According to information published on the project’s website, the new owner intends to maintain continuity in the platform's management and continue its development. The company also promised to fulfill all obligations to current users of the resource.
