Successful SBU special operation 'Spider Web'
The Security Service of Ukraine reported on the successful special operation 'Spider Web', during which 41 military aircraft of strategic significance from Russia were destroyed. According to the SBU, President Volodymyr Zelensky personally monitored the progress of the operation. The Head of the Security Service Vasyl Maliuk and his team ensured the successful completion of the task. Unfortunately, the enemy aviation suffered significant losses, and its recovery will take quite a long time.
- Among the destroyed aircraft were 'A-50', 'Tu-95', 'Tu-22', 'Tu-160', as well as transport 'An-12' and tankers 'Il-78'.
The approximate cost of the damaged equipment exceeds 7 billion U.S. dollars.
As a result of the special operation 'Spider Web', Russian enemy aviation suffered serious losses, and the cost of the damaged equipment amounted to over 7 billion U.S. dollars. The President of Ukraine personally monitored the operation, indicating the importance of this event for the country and the region.
