Lithuania and Poland are ready to train soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Lithuania and Poland have expressed their readiness to conduct training for soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At a press conference with Polish President Andrzej Duda, Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda announced that soldiers could undergo training at a joint base.
According to Nausėda, the base of the Lithuanian-Polish-Ukrainian Brigade, located in Poland, will be used to train Ukrainian soldiers.
The President of Lithuania said: "We are ready to use our joint platforms. We have a Lithuanian-Polish-Ukrainian Brigade base in Poland. We are ready to train Ukrainian soldiers at this brigade's base".
It should be noted that the heads of state plan to visit the brigade already on Thursday, September 5.
