In the footage published, a staff member of the packed bar desperately urges guests not to hold fireworks up to the ceiling."The vast majority of those affected in the subsequent fire were young," said one eyewitness.This incident underscores the importance of adhering to safety regulations during celebrations and when using fireworks.
