The conflict arose because one man reportedly relaxed with his bare feet on the back of his neighbor's seat. A video taken from outside the cramped minivan shows how the tension between the passengers reached its peak.

The British tourist turned around and struck another passenger, who reportedly sat calmly, resting his feet on the seat.
