Emphasizing the tools that can pressure Putin for serious negotiations, he highlighted the importance of increasing the cost for Russian aggression, particularly through sanctions and self-sufficiency.Andriy Sybiga stressed that the Russian side needs to understand that military objectives on Ukrainian territory will not be achieved, and that continuing the war will cost them more and more each day. At the same time, he underlined the crucial role of European partners in supporting Ukraine and strengthening its defense capabilities.
