Sybiga called for increased support for Ukraine due to North Korea's involvement in the war.
Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiga stated that North Korea supports Russian aggression against Ukraine by providing not only weapons but also military units. He urged the Euro-Atlantic community to realize the seriousness of the situation and to take immediate action. Sybiga also demanded full support and implementation of the Victory Plan presented by Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky. One of the specific proposed measures is to increase investment in the production of Ukrainian weaponry.
In turn, the president of South Korea convened a security meeting regarding the deployment of North Korean troops in Russia. This deployment is considered a serious threat to the security of South Korea and the international community. According to South Korean intelligence, Pyongyang decided to send 12,000 troops to Ukraine.
