The Ministry of Health's press service refuted information that appeared in the media regarding searches in structures related to the National Health Service of Ukraine and the involvement of the Ministry's leadership in criminal proceedings.
An official statement from the Ministry of Health indicates that the current leadership has no connection to any criminal proceedings and emphasizes its readiness to cooperate with law enforcement agencies on matters related to the use of funds from the medical guarantees program.
The Ministry is actively assisting law enforcement agencies in investigating abuses and, with the Ministry's participation, 103 cases have already been reviewed and 55 indictments have been filed. In particular, manipulations with data from the Electronic Health Care System are being investigated.
