Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces Add LITAVR Interceptor Drone: Targets Destroyed at 350 km/h.
Introducing the LITAVR Interceptor Drone
According to Novyny.live: Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces have received a new interceptor drone called LITAVR, developed by the company F-Drones. This unmanned aerial vehicle is capable of destroying enemy aerial targets at speeds of up to 350 km/h and features an intelligent automatic re-targeting system. It represents a significant enhancement to Ukraine's military technology arsenal.
Technical Specifications
The LITAVR drone can pursue targets at a maximum speed of 350 km/h and has a ceiling altitude of 9 km, allowing it to operate effectively at high altitudes. Its standard operational radius is 40 km, but it has demonstrated a record flight distance exceeding 80 km, highlighting its potential for long-range missions.
A key advantage of this drone is its proprietary navigation system, which operates independently of GPS. This makes the LITAVR more reliable in combat scenarios by eliminating risks associated with GPS signal interference. Additionally, the drone is equipped with an intelligent automatic re-targeting system known as Last Mile or Pixel Lock, which enhances targeting precision.
F-Drones began manufacturing unmanned systems in 2023, and the LITAVR has already been codified, enabling its supply to military units through the BraveMarket platform. With its advanced specifications and innovative features, this new interceptor drone marks a crucial step in strengthening the capabilities of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces.
The acquisition of the LITAVR underscores Ukraine's efforts to develop its own military technologies amid the ongoing conflict. The innovative solutions integrated into this drone could significantly boost the effectiveness of Ukrainian military operations, especially as traditional warfare methods face new challenges. The advancement of such technologies may also influence the strategic situation in the region.
