Ukrainian Forces Destroy Russian Tor Systems and S-300 Radar in Fresh Strikes on Occupiers.
Ukraine’s Defense Forces Launch New Attacks
According to UATV: On March 17, Ukraine’s defense forces carried out strikes against enemy positions in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia regions. These operations destroyed two Tor and Tor-M1 surface-to-air missile systems, along with a radar station belonging to an S-300 air defense complex. The radar station was hit near the settlement of Chervone, according to a statement from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Enemy Losses Mount
Additionally, the General Staff reported that a surface-to-air missile system was struck near Klintsy in Russia’s Bryansk region, as well as a missile battalion from the 15th Separate Coastal Defense Brigade of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet. Over the past 24 hours, a total of 930 Russian occupiers were eliminated, along with 120 pieces of enemy military vehicles. At the same time, nearly 2,000 drones were also hit.
'The full extent of the damage inflicted and enemy losses is being clarified,' the General Staff noted.
These strikes highlight the Ukrainian military’s focus on destroying key enemy assets, which could significantly hinder the occupiers’ ability to conduct combat operations in the region. The high number of eliminated personnel and destroyed equipment underscores Ukraine’s active resistance and suggests that fighting may intensify in the near future. An analysis of the situation reveals that the conflict continues to escalate, particularly with both sides employing new military strategies.
