Ukrainian forces are successfully hindering Russian troops from establishing logistics on the western bank of the Oskol River, preventing them from implementing plans to attack the city of Kup'yansk. This information was provided by Pavlo Shamsin, spokesperson for the 'Kharkiv' group, during a telethon.
