According to Russian media, the family of Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Sovereign Fund, owns property in Russia, the UAE, and France worth approximately 7.5 billion rubles. The value of these assets is estimated to be over $88 million.

Kirill Dmitriev was appointed special representative of Putin for economic cooperation with foreign countries in February 2025. He participated in negotiations between the USA and Russia on February 18 in Riyadh. Dmitriev's associate is Natalia Popova, a friend of Ekaterina Tikhonova, Putin's daughter, and the Deputy of the latter at Innopraktika.
Before being appointed head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund in 2011, Dmitriev owned two properties in Moscow and Novaya Rига, valued at 420 million rubles. Later, he and his wife bought five more real estate properties in Moscow, valued at 810 million rubles, and several apartments on Malaya Bronnaya, which today are worth 1.8 billion rubles.
Additionally, Dmitriev registered a house in Rublyovka in the name of his wife's mother, Margarita Popova, which is worth 1.2 billion rubles. Furthermore, his father purchased securities worth 59 thousand euros, which were valued at 45 million euros the following year.
After the Russian invasion of Ukraine, two more apartments were registered in Dubai in the name of Dmitriev's father, with a total area of 980 sq. m, valued at almost 8.5 million euros. Thus, the total value of Kirill Dmitriev and his family's real estate amounts to 7.5 billion rubles. Over the last two years, Dmitriev earned 660 million rubles.
