He emphasized that the Russian army receives 30-35 thousand recruits every month, while the Ministry of Digital Transformation confirms the elimination or serious injury of more than 20 thousand Russian soldiers every month.

Brovdi stressed that Ukrainian defenders need to reduce the enemy's numbers by 30-35 thousand monthly to balance the influx and outflow. He also noted that not all enemy losses are recorded, especially if their bodies are not visible due to the destruction of shelters. The military urged to take these significant losses into account when balancing the combat comparison.
