Slovakia deports Ukrainian for alleged attempt at a coup.
A Ukrainian individual was detained in Slovakia on suspicion of preparing for a coup. The detained person was in the border police office, but it is still unclear whether he was wanted and if he was cooperating with anyone. The border police plan to deport him.
The head of the Slovak Committee on Internal Security believes that this case may be fabricated. He also noted that one person cannot organize a coup alone and carry it out in complete secrecy.
The Prime Minister of Slovakia called the President of Ukraine an enemy of Slovakia and urged the restoration of the transit of Russian gas through Ukraine. Otherwise, Slovakia will suspend its aid from the European Union.

President Zelensky responded to Fico's statement, accusing him of supporting Russian gas and losing the country's independence. He also noted that Fico threatened to stop electricity supplies to Ukraine if Kyiv halts the transit of Russian gas to Central Europe.
