According to Espreso.tv: Ukraine is currently grappling with a heated discussion surrounding fatalities that have occurred inside Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support (TCCs and SPs), alongside broader mobilization challenges across various regions. Four deaths have been recorded recently, sparking public concern. The situation in Zakarpattia is considered the most severe, highlighting systemic issues in this area.

Additionally, the temporary reassignment of TCC heads for a 30-day period has been labeled a 'legal loophole,' raising questions about the stability of leadership within these institutions. In contrast, Kirovohrad and Khmelnytskyi regions are seen as 'positive examples' in mobilization efforts, with Kropyvnytskyi and its surrounding area achieving the highest per capita mobilization rates.

Criticism and Trust in Recruitment Centers

Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi and the General Staff have been blamed for mobilization failures. Mykhailo Fedorov stated,

“I believe the commander-in-chief is responsible for the mobilization problems.”

“In my view, the person was simply killed.”
