In the Armed Forces of Ukraine, there is a new commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces - Robert Brodii, known as 'Madyar', who earned deserved popularity due to his 'Madyar Birds'.Robert Brodii hails from Uzhhorod, has Hungarian origins, and before the war worked in business and was a deputy in the Transcarpathian Regional Council. Since 1998, he has been engaged in entrepreneurship.In February 2022, he joined the Territorial Defense and actively participated in important operations, leading the 'Madyar Birds' unit. Brodii distinguished himself in battles and during the evacuation of residents, as well as received numerous awards for bravery, including the title of Hero of Ukraine and the Cross for Combat Service.At the YES-2024 conference, he shared his thoughts on the key factors of success on the battlefield, pointing out competent mobilization, logistics, and application as important components. Robert Brodii, known as 'Madyar', now leads the Unmanned Systems Forces team in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, remaining a prominent hero for his courage in the war and a capable leader.
