Special permits for subsoil use added 3.5 billion UAH to the budget.
The State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine implemented special permits worth 3.5 billion hryvnias
According to the report of the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine, in 2024, the implementation of special permits brought total revenues of over 3.5 billion hryvnias to the budget. Sales were conducted through the Prozorro.Sales platform, where 106 lots out of 148 offered were sold, bringing 1.7 billion hryvnias to the budget.
In total, 378 special permits for subsoil use were granted without holding auctions, as well as 100 special permits through electronic auctions. Furthermore, 59 subsoil users took advantage of the option to freely transfer rights to subsoil use.
Due to the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, scheduled inspections of subsoil users were not conducted. However, 17 unscheduled inspections were carried out.
