According to TSN.ua: With over 30 years of experience, BaDM actively supports its employees through a variety of sports and cultural events designed to strengthen team cohesion. Now in its second year, the BaDM Sport Cup program organizes competitions across ten different sports, giving employees the chance to showcase their skills and boost corporate morale.

Last year, the BaDM team completed a half-marathon covering 21.0975 km. Four athletes from the company placed in their age categories, highlighting the high quality of the company’s corporate sports initiatives.

'I really enjoy the sports events at the company, especially participating in last year’s half-marathon. My colleagues and I covered the 21.0975 km distance. Four athletes from the company became prize winners in their age categories, proving that high-quality corporate sports can compete with professional athletics,' said one participant, Yevgen.

BaDM also makes a point of celebrating key holidays, honoring employees and their families. For example, on Knowledge Day, the company gives gifts to first-graders, and at Easter, it provides creative and educational kits for children. The annual Vyshyvanka Day celebration underscores the importance of national traditions within the corporate culture.

Future Plans

Building on past successes, the company is planning a busy 2026, promising new events and projects that will further develop team spirit and unity among employees. Figure skating, a favorite activity, remains a key part of the corporate culture.

'Figure skating has been my passion since childhood, so corporate activities at the skating rink are always special for me. It’s a wonderful way to combine a favorite pastime with pleasant conversations with colleagues,' added Vyacheslav.
