According to UATV: U.S. Special Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff has expressed optimism that positive developments in the peace process between Ukraine and Russia could emerge within the next three weeks. He indicated that a potential meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin could represent a significant step toward achieving peace. The United States has consistently supported diplomatic efforts to end the conflict, which has had severe global repercussions.
Witkoff stressed that the war is senseless due to the immense loss of life and noted that upcoming discussions could bring the sides together, potentially leading to a summit between Zelensky and Putin.
