Operation 'Midas': Arrest of the Back-Office Employee
According to inkorr.com: Based on the decision of the investigating judge of the VAKS, initiated by the detectives of the NABU and supported by the prosecutor of the SAP, a woman who worked in the back office was detained. She is suspected of money laundering. She may be released if she posts bail in the amount of 12 million hryvnias.
Conditions for Release
If the bail is posted, the suspect will need to:
- regularly appear at the request of detectives, prosecutors, or judges;
- not leave Kyiv and the region without permission;
- inform about any change of address;
- avoid contact with individuals mentioned in the court ruling;
- surrender passport for travel abroad;
- wear an electronic monitoring device.
