Court Ruling
The Vinkivtsi District Court found a senior soldier and a chief sergeant of the TCC guilty of an offense under Part 2 of Article 172-14 of the Ukrainian Code on Administrative Offenses. Each was fined 17,000 hryvnias and ordered to pay 665 hryvnias in court costs.
