Court Hearing in the Farion Murder Case
According to Novyny.live: A court session in Lviv on June 24, 2023, continued the proceedings regarding the murder of Iryna Farion. The hearing has been postponed to July 3, 2023. The suspect, Vyacheslav Zinchenko, stated that he has not yet reviewed all case materials, which led to the adjournment. Defense attorney Larysa Kryvoruchko also noted that the defense team needs approximately one week to prepare.
During the previous hearing on June 15, 2023, complications arose in Zinchenko's case due to the absence of his lawyer. In April 2023, the prosecutor requested a life sentence for Vyacheslav Zinchenko. It is worth noting that the suspect has been in custody since July 25, 2024.
