Judge Litvinova of the Liquidated District Administrative Court Dismissed.

The High Council of Justice dismissed Judge Arina Litvinova, who worked at the liquidated District Administrative Court of Kyiv. This decision was made based on the Constitution of Ukraine, and now Litvinova has lost her status as a judge. It was previously established that she holds citizenship of the Russian Federation, therefore she submitted her resignation herself.
Arina Litvinova obtained Russian citizenship due to her entry and residence in Russia when her USSR citizen passport was replaced. At that Time, she was already serving as a judge in the High Arbitration Court of Ukraine. It is now established that the citizenship acquisition procedure was violated, but this issue requires further consideration.
It is worth noting that the liquidated District Administrative Court of Kyiv still has many other judges. Over the past 11 months, they have received more than 65 million UAH in remuneration, of which more than 51 million UAH has been paid out. This became possible due to state support.
