Ukraine must become self-sufficient: Syrydenko named key priorities.
The Prime Minister Yulia Syrydenko emphasized that currently the main task for Ukraine is to be self-sufficient in all areas, including the military. She stated this in a comment for Novyny.LIVE.
Plans for the country's future
Syrydenko stressed that the strategic task for Ukraine is self-sufficiency in the economy, defense, and finance. The Prime Minister assured that the government is doing everything possible to achieve this goal.
She believes that the success of Ukrainian self-sufficiency is intrinsically linked to the development of the country's internal resources and gives priority to military aspects.
“In the military sphere, this means producing our own weapons and supporting the private sector. Half of the income and expenditures in this area depend on private business,” highlighted Yulia Syrydenko.
It is also important to note that Yulia Syrydenko recently spoke about the problem of corruption in Ukraine, believing that this issue is exaggerated in society. Additionally, she does not rule out the possibility of Ukraine obtaining another loan from the IMF in the next two years.
