According to Novyny.live: Residents of Odesa will see no increase in their utility costs for February 2026. This price freeze, covering electricity, water, gas, heating, public transport, and waste removal, provides welcome financial predictability for the city's inhabitants. Rate Details
- The electricity rate for residential consumers is set at 4.32 UAH per kWh.
- Households with two-zone meters will have a night-time rate of 2.16 UAH per kWh.
- For homes using electric heating, the rate will be 2.64 UAH per kWh.
- Businesses, however, will pay 686.23 UAH per kWh.
Regarding heating supply, the rate for the population is 1,813 UAH per gigacalorie. Water supply rates also remain unchanged: the price of water for residents will be 14.93 UAH per 1 m³, with sewage services costing 14.37 UAH per 1 m³. Natural gas for the population will cost 7.96 UAH per cubic meter, while gas delivery will be priced at 1.308 UAH per cubic meter.
Public transport fares have also been held steady. A ride on a tram or trolleybus will cost 15 UAH, while travel on a minibus within the city limits will be 20 UAH.
Consequently, Odesa residents can confidently budget for their utility expenses in February 2026, as all prices will remain fixed.
