Operations in Kyiv to Locate Soldiers
According to Novyny.live: On March 23, Ukrainian lawmaker Oleksandr Fedienko reported that operations were carried out in Kyiv to find military personnel. He emphasized that no forced detentions occurred. According to the deputy, representatives from the territorial recruitment center and police searched designated zones for the soldiers.
The same day, a terror attack struck the Kyiv region, with two explosions near an apartment building. The blasts injured law enforcement officers. Authorities identified a 21-year-old local resident as the suspect behind the attack.
Oleksandr Fedienko noted, 'Almost everything was normal, but those balaclavas on the faces of people in what looked like military uniforms keep me uneasy.'
He added, 'The police officers had badges and cameras. They spoke politely.' These comments reflect the deputy’s concern over the situation in the capital, which unfolded amid the terror attack and the search for military personnel.
Tensions in Kyiv

The terror attack underscores potential threats to civilians and law enforcement, as well as the need for open dialogue between state agencies and the public.
