A Thousand from Zelenskyy: Who and How Will Be Able to Receive Money through National Cashback.
The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine will launch a new program of state support for the population. This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Economy Oleksii Sobolev during the telethon "United News".
The program has the following key points: the amount of assistance is 1000 hryvnias per person, available to all citizens regardless of age and social status, is effective from December 2024 to February 2025, and the funds will be credited to a virtual card "National Cashback" in the "Diia" app.
The received funds can be used for utilities, medicines, transport, mobile communication, Ukrainian books, and donations to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Sobolev stated.
Funding for the program will be carried out by reallocating funds from other state programs that were not fully implemented. It is important to note that these funds are provided by international donors with the condition that they are not used for military needs.
Ukraine also has the opportunity to receive up to 3600 hryvnias from the UN.
