According to The Sun: A tourist has gone missing from a luxury cruise, prompting an urgent search at sea near the Canary Islands. Spanish coastguards and police are surveying the waters north of Tenerife after the cruise ship Marella Explorer 2 issued a 'Man Overboard' signal and stopped for emergency search procedures.
Rescue boats, a helicopter, and nearby vessels are participating in the search operation.
“We are doing everything possible to locate the missing person,” said a coastguard representative.
The operation is ongoing, and at this time, it is unknown if anyone has been located.
