According to ТСН: US President Donald Trump had a "positive" conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin regarding the situation in Ukraine.
This information was made public by White House press secretary Caroline Levitt on social media X. The White House confirmed that the dialogue was assessed as "positive," however specific details of the negotiations are not currently disclosed.
"President Trump had a positive conversation with President Putin regarding Ukraine," Levitt wrote.
Recall that on December 28, before the meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Trump called Putin.
During the phone conversation, Trump discussed all 20 points of the peace plan. The American president also agreed with the Kremlin leader on another phone call, which will take place after Trump’s meeting with Zelensky.
