U.S. President Donald Trump stated that he will not discuss the suspension of military aid to Ukraine. He added that he would make a deal with the country. The Center for Counteracting Disinformation noted that this is manipulation and speculation based on a phrase taken out of context. Trump also stated that the U.S. would withdraw from negotiations to end the Russian-Ukrainian war if the parties complicate the process. Meanwhile, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio noted that the U.S. is prepared to abandon efforts to achieve peace in Ukraine if it becomes an unattainable goal. U.S. State Department spokesperson Tami Bruce demands that Russia show its readiness for a ceasefire and to establish peace in Ukraine.
