According to ТСН: President of the United States Donald Trump reported that he successfully passed a cognitive test, providing correct answers to all questions. He shared the results of his testing on his social network Truth Social.

"The White House doctors just informed me that I have excellent health and that I passed with flying colors (i.e., gave correct answers to 100% of the questions asked!) my cognitive test for the third consecutive time, something no other president or former vice president has been willing to do," he wrote.

Trump also emphasized that candidates for the positions of president and vice president should undergo a "serious and tough test" to assess their cognitive abilities, as the country should not be led by "fools or incompetent people."

In his previous examinations, which took place in October and December 2025, the president noted that he only takes medication to control his cholesterol levels, aspirin for "heart prevention," and a cream with momentazone for skin conditions.
