The travel blogger died from a gunshot wound to the head while riding in a taxi when a shootout between gangs suddenly broke out in Brazil. 28-year-old Barbara Elisa Yabeta Borges was sitting in the back seat of the vehicle when the shooting started in Rio de Janeiro, just a few days after a bloody rampage in the city's favela.According to the driver,“It happened so fast, I didn't even have time to understand what was happening,”he reported.
