Weather Forecast for October 4 in Ukraine
On October 4, variable cloudiness is expected in Ukraine. Residents of the western regions and Zhytomyr region will feel the breath of autumn in the form of moderate rains, and in some places in Transcarpathia, significant precipitation will occur.
During the day, the rain wave will reach Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, where light rains will occur. The rest of Ukraine will remain dry. The wind will set a southerly direction for most regions, only in the western regions will it act from the northeast. Its strength will be moderate – from 5 to 10 meters per second.
Air Temperature
At night, thermometers will show from 5 to 13 degrees Celsius with pleasant warmth up to 17 degrees on the seacoasts. Daytime temperatures will divide the country into three zones: western regions will coolly welcome the day with 12-17 degrees Celsius, northern regions will enjoy a comfortable 17-22 degrees, and the rest of Ukraine will delight in summer warmth of 21-26 degrees.
Weather Forecast in Kyiv
Separately, it should be noted the weather in the capital region. Kyiv region will greet the morning with temperatures of 8-13 degrees, and during the day the air will warm up to pleasant 17-22 degrees. Kyiv itself will be slightly warmer: at night 11-13 degrees, and during the day 20-22 degrees Celsius.
Fire Hazard Warning
Meteorologists warned about increased fire hazard, which will last from October 4 to 6 in the southern, most central regions, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Sumy, as well as on October 4 in Zhytomyr and Chernihiv regions.
Hydrological Warning
For the western regions, a hydrological warning is also relevant: due to expected precipitation on October 4-5, water levels in the rivers of Transcarpathia and the Dniester basin may rise by 0.3-1.5 meters. However, this change will occur within the riverbeds and should not cause negative consequences.
Recall, earlier forecaster Didenko warned that on October 5-6, rains will spread to most of the country, except for the eastern and southeastern regions. And from Sunday, precipitation will begin to leave the Carpathians.
