A separate profile for military personnel will appear in "Diia".
A separate profile for veterans will be created in 'Diia'
The 'Diia' application will receive a special profile for veterans. Using artificial intelligence, the program will automatically recognize users who are veterans and adapt the interface for them. This information was revealed by Mykhailo Fedorov, the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
In the 'Diia' profile, veterans will have access to all the services that are provided specifically for them. Additionally, a separate tab will be created with various opportunities, such as credit and grant programs, offers from the city, and training.
Also, soon the application will have the following changes:
- surveys specifically for veterans, which will be conducted within 'Diia' to determine their needs;
- new targeted payments that will address various needs of veterans.
Recall that new services recently appeared on the 'Diia' portal, which allow obtaining the status of a person with a disability due to war or membership in the family of a deceased defender in just a few minutes.
The Ministry of Veterans Affairs and the Ministry of Health are launching a joint project that will expand the list of free medical services for participants in hostilities.
The Kyiv City Council supported the decision to provide financial assistance to Kyiv defenders who received disabilities of the I and II groups due to the war.
