Diia Launches 6 New Services: AI Assistant, eNotary, and eExcise.
According to inkorr.com: The Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov has announced the launch of six new services in the Diia application for digital public services. This information was disclosed on the minister's social media, as reported by 'Glavkom'.
AI Assistant
The first service to appear on 'Diia' will be the AI assistant. It will be the world's first national assistant providing government services. The minister noted that users will be able to receive consultations and services by formulating their questions in ordinary language chat.
eNotary
Online notary services will be available to Ukrainians. The Ministry of Digital Transformation, together with the Ministry of Justice and the state enterprise 'National Information Systems', is working on an electronic system that will unify all notarial processes for implementing services in 'Diia'. The services are expected to launch in 2026.
eExcise
According to reports, Ukraine loses about 30 billion hryvnias a year due to uncollected taxes on alcohol and tobacco. Digital transformation in this area will help avoid low-quality products by introducing transparent rules in the market. The electronic system will track the path of alcohol and tobacco, preventing counterfeiting. The launch is planned for 2026.
Ukraine continues to improve public services, making them more accessible and transparent through digital innovations. The new services in the 'Diia' application are aimed at simplifying citizens' lives and enhancing the efficiency of public institutions.
