On Tuesday, July 8, explosions were heard in Kherson. Currently, air alerts were not announced in Kherson region.

According to the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, alerts continue in some regions due to the threat of drone strikes.

Details of the explosions in Kherson
The explosions in the city occurred around 01:06. The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that at 01:07 a drone was detected in the north of Sumy region, heading south towards Kharkiv. The reasons for the explosions are still unknown; no information has been received from OVA or the city authorities yet.
Also, we remind that during the shelling of Kharkiv on July 7, more than 80 people were injured, and one woman died. A part of Sumy region also remained without electricity after strikes by Russian military on critical facilities.
Despite the explosions in Kherson, no air alert was declared in the region. The explosions in the city were recorded during the night of July 8, and information about the reasons for the incident has not yet been provided by official sources.
