Improvement of electricity outage schedules in Kyiv

According to Novyny.live: Starting January 15, 2024, improvements in electricity outage schedules are planned in Kyiv. This information was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko, emphasizing that the changes will take place if there are no massive attacks.

Currently, on the right bank of the capital, schedules are applied that provide for 5 hours with electricity and 5 hours without electricity. On the left bank, the situation is somewhat different: here, schedules consist of 3-4 hours with electricity and 9-10 hours without electricity. The government has also revised its approaches to electricity supply for critical infrastructure facilities, which may affect the stability of electricity supply in the capital.

These changes could significantly impact the quality of life for Kyiv residents during the winter period.

Significant changes for Kyiv residents

The improvement of electricity outage schedules in Kyiv is an important step in adapting to winter conditions and enhancing the lives of the capital's residents. If the proposed changes are implemented, Kyiv residents can expect less prolonged electricity outages, which in turn will positively affect their daily lives.

However, the key factor remains the security conditions, which can significantly impact the stability of electricity supply.
