According to TSN.ua: Following an overnight attack on March 14, Kyiv temporarily halted all electric transit operations. The strike caused power outages in certain sections of the network, disrupting trolleybuses and trams across the capital.

Service restrictions are in place at the following locations:
- Holosiivskyi Avenue
- Lybidska and Demiivska Squares
- Teremky
- Pechersk
- Near Trolleybus Depot No. 1
The nighttime assault resulted in four fatalities and ten injuries. Delays affect trolleybus routes No. 22K, 27, 30, and 42, as well as tram routes No. 14 and 15.
To ensure passenger mobility, temporary bus services have been introduced:
- No. 45TR
- No. 38TR
- No. 43K
City authorities urge residents to remain understanding and to use alternative transportation options.
